A patient lays on an operating table while a surgeon prepares to do his work. A group of medical students and assistants stand by to watch the procedure. The surgeon says he "isolated the problem," but the problem turns out to be endless amounts of red tape. He continues to pull longer sections of tape out of the body as one student nearly vomits while watching. The surgeon tells the budding young doctors that they are training to work with the human body but they may spend a large amount of their time dealing with "red tape" that they do not learn about in medical school.
