We and our third-party partners use web beacons that help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Web beacons, also known as gifs, are electronic images that may be used on our Sites or in our emails. A web beacon may be used on our Sites to collect information, deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign engagement, or in our emails to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon. We use clear gifs in our HTML-based emails to let us know which emails have been opened by recipients. This allows us to gauge the engagement of certain communications.

iSpot takes reasonable security measures to protect your personal information to prevent loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Please be aware, however, that despite our efforts, no security measures are impenetrable.
If you use a password on our Site, you are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share it with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please advise us immediately.
The Sites and our services are marketed as business to business (B2B) products, not business to consumer (B2C). Even though our Sites are available to consumers and businesses outside of the United States, we do not offer our services outside of the United States at this time.
If you are accessing the Sites from outside of the United States, please be aware that the Sites are hosted in the United States and are governed by United States law. Any personal information you give to us will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using the Sites, you consent to your personal information being transferred to the United States.
The CCPA requires us to disclose whether we sell your personal information. We do not use or sell your personal information that has been gathered from iSpot.tv.

We obtain the customer's consent via email prior to posting the testimonial so that we may post their name along with their testimonial.
