The International Fund for Animal Welfare introduces us to Molly, a baby elephant who was once so injured, she almost didn't make it. Molly's mother was shot in front of her eyes by poachers, leaving her traumatized. The organization says 55 majestic elephants are slaughtered by poachers ever day. To fight back, the International Fund for Animal Welfare cares for orphan elephants until they can be released back into the wild. Although Molly may never fully recover, the organization wants to stop her story from happening to other elephants.
