General Motors Super Bowl 2021 TV Commercial, 'No Way Norway' Featuring Will Ferrell [T1]

Ad ID: 3196571    60s    2021 ( Inactive )

In this Big Game spot, General Motors and Will Ferrell would like everyone to know that Norway sells more electric cars per capita than the United States. Norway! Ferrell punches through his globe in disgust -- he will not stand for it. With GM's new Ultium Battery, he promises to crush those Norwegian "losers." He enlists the help of his friend, Kenan Thompson, and tells him to grab an electric vehicle and meet him in Norway -- no matter that Thompson is still dressed like a pirate for his daughter's birthday. He then finds Awkwafina practicing archery and, once he convinces her to join, she has an hour to meet them there -- and no, he will not give her a ride. Unfortunately, when Ferrell arrives in his electric Cadillac, he discovers he is actually in Sweden and his friends are in Finland. Viewers of Super Bowl LV and the entire country of Norway are warned: GM is coming, with 30 new EVs by 2025.
