During the Super Bowl LX, T-Mobile surprises customers at their Times Square store with a performance by The Backstreet Boys to tell them why its network is better. The guests, unaware of who's hiding under the pink banner in the center of the room, carry on with their business until a woman notices a big pink button just waiting to be pressed. Immediately upon pressing, cannons fire pink confetti and the banner hiding the pop stars falls to the ground. The band immediately start singing about T-Mobile's benefits, to the tune of their song, "I Want It That Way," highlighting Netflix being included and even free slurpees. Kevin Richardson hops into the crowd, singing directly to Druski about expecting more from your network, bringing him to tears as he nods in agreement. T-Mobile also had a second surprise planned, but when a little girl presses the button and Machine Gun Kelly appears, she, upset with what she's seeing, asks where The Backstreet Boys are, disappointing the musician.
