Up on a balcony, Emperor Caesar is just vibin' -- enjoying the music, welcoming praise from his subjects and reveling in the fanfare of "his" new app. Out in the crowd, one of those subjects introduces himself to a neighbor and tries to chat her up about the Caesar's Sportsbook features. Unfortunately for Carl, there's plenty for him to talk about, and he misses his shot sometime between bragging about having the app since beta testing, insisting that in-game betting was his idea and crowing about his team pulling ahead in a live game. Clearly not discouraged, Carl can be heard over the sounds of the celebration starting the conversation over with his next target.
