Colonel Sanders will never forget the fateful day he created his Cinnabon Dessert Biscuits. The man was riding his bike and holding a box of KFC biscuits when he suddenly ran into a guy on roller blades who was carrying a box of Cinnabon cinnamon rolls. During the crash, the biscuits went flying in the air and got covered in icing and cinnamon from the rolls. From that day on, the Colonel says they were transformed into his most delicious creation ever.
