About Verizon Super Bowl 2018 TV Commercial, 'Answering the Call: Saying Thanks'

People who have been saved by first responders give thanks to the first responders who came to them in their time of need. Each caller makes sure the responders know they are unforgettable. One woman is so overwhelmed with gratitude that she starts to cry over the phone as she describes the moment she knew the responder was not giving up on saving her life.
