Unhappy with their current provider, a monster couple calls AT&T to cancel their internet plan. The man keeps interjecting while his wife is on the phone and she reassures him that she's got this -- after all, she's a thousand years old. Upon cancelling, they're charged a cancellation fee of $180. She deems them bloodsuckers, but not in a good way. Spectrum believes termination fees are evil, which is why it doesn't have them.
