She already uses the BMO Harris Bank app to store all her cash and credit cards, as well as to take out cash or send money. Her grandson offers to take it back, which she is completely opposed to... though she would like to know if he has a receipt. The bank says that the feeling you get when your phone becomes your wallet is "the BMO effect."
