The General and Shaquille O'Neal set up an outdoor strand to tell people about The General Insurance. A rival stand across the street selling lemonade tries to outdo their stand. The little girl taunts Shaquille with a sign for affordable car insurance, inflatables and a balloon arch. Suddenly her mom's car rips down all the girl's balloons and crashes. Luckily, her mom had stopped by The General's booth to get car insurance and free lemonade before the accident.
