After he and his friends braved the dangerous virtual world of Jumanji in "Welcome to the Jungle," and supposedly destroyed the device that transported them there, Spencer Gilpin (Alex Wolff) secretly repairs the console, with dire consequences. When Bethany (Madison Iseman), Fridge (Ser'Darius Blain) and Martha (Morgan Turner) discover that he has disappeared, they enter the digital landscape once again in a push to save him. What they didn't account for, however, is that they'd be joined by Spencer's grandfather Eddie (Danny DeVito) and his friend Milo (Danny Glover), who were accidentally sucked into the game as well. Now, the party, in the form of Dr. Smolder Bravestone (Dwayne Johnson), Professor Sheldon Oberon (Jack Black), Franklin Finbar (Kevin Hart) and Ruby Roundhouse (Karen Gillan), must traverse snowy mountains, blistering deserts and treacherous rain forests to get out alive. "Jumanji: The Next Level" hits theaters December 13, 2019.
