Kristy, a former smoker gives us a tip: just cutting down on smoking isn't enough. As a truck driver, she had a lot of time to smoke, which caused her to have shortness of breath, a smokers cough and eventually caused her lung to collapse. Alternating between e-cigarettes and regular cigarettes wasn't enough to prevent her from ending up in the hospital. Kristy shows us her scar, urging us to heed her advice.
