Celebrity Chef Anne Burrell touts the positive points of using the 4-in-1 pan by CorVex. She says it combines the high searing ability of steel pans, the heat distribution of ceramic, the easy cleanup of nonstick cookware and the heat retention of a cast iron pan. As examples of how durable the dual-cast nonstick surface is, Chef Burrell tries to mar the surface with a fork, a mixer, a hammer and a blowtorch to no avail.
