Former President Ronald Reagan gave his final Farewell Address to the nation in 1989. In that speech, he shared his idea of the "Shining City" that, if the need for a wall was there, it had doors open for those who had the will and want to make it to America. Suddenly, the screen fills with Donald Trump calling immigrants rapists, accusing them of bringing crime into the country and saying if he was president, they would be out day one.
