A business team deliberates around a whiteboard, brainstorming up the main benefits for joining Bank of America's Preferred Rewards Program. The board has been completely filled, and two in the group are satisfied with what they have. One of the workers, however, says she has many more ideas for pillars to put up there, but that they're going to need a lot more space. While the other two futilely put forward ideas on how to add more space, she proposes adding different colors to make things pop out. Clearly, they still have a long way to go before they reach a consensus.
