Cancer patients who are the end of their treatment or officially declared in remission celebrate their milestones. One woman tearfully reads a message and rings a bell, another is serenaded with a "No more chemo for you!" song by her medical staff and one woman celebrates her remission by breaking open a bottle of champagne in the yard. ESPN and the Jimmy V Foundation ask viewers for donations for cancer research for "Jimmy V Week," which commemorates Jim Valvano, who was a coach, basketball player and broadcaster before he passed from metastatic cancer in 1993.
