The Apple iPad Air makes it easy to contribute your verse to the great line of human accomplishment.
iSpot Review - July 8, 2015
In what becomes more bittersweet with the passing of time, the late Robin Williams lends his brilliant Dead Poets Society performance to this evocative TV commercial for the iPad.
The creative harkens to Apple's Think Different campaign, where Richard Dreyfuss extoled the virtues of the dreamers who dared to be different. In the new ad, Mr. Williams reveals the challenge of beauty and poetry in life. He gives a call to arms for students and viewers alike.
Write your verse.
Apple's place in the play is to be the tool that gets you there.
The imagery that accompanies the movie voiceover evokes adventure and exhibits grandeur. Mr. Williams implores action on behalf of beauty, and the scenes show you what it looks like with an iPad.
It's a wonderful piece of creative advertising that deserves a place alongside other Apple greats.
