Set in the 1970s, Larry "Doc" Sportello investigates the disappearance of an ex-girlfriend's boyfriend at her request. Soon, things start to get pretty weird pretty fast. Based on the novel by Thomas Pynchon, this star-studded film has garnered rave reviews and is a comedy-drama to see. "Inherent Vice," in theaters January 9, 2015, is rated R.
