Sometime around 1970 (ish) two scientists were considering giving a robot the ability to think for itself. Skeptical of his idea the female scientist gives her colleague quite the stink eye before he decides that he'll "twist on it." Cream on the left and the bot will be given all the emotional and intellectual freedoms of a real boy. As the robot is turned on, he cranks his head, looking at the man and electronically bleating, "Hello Father!" His partner? Still not into it.
