Verizon TV Spot, 'Broken Phone'

When asked if she is okay, Rachel responds dramatically that she isn't because she lives with a broken phone she can't trade in and as she speaks a soundtrack plays that amplifies her dramatic tone. Her friend lets her know there's no need for drama because Verizon will trade her phone, despite the sparking wires and cracked screen, for a Galaxy S24+. When she realizes that a trip to Verizon can solve her problems, the soundtrack cuts out and they all decide to go to Verizon together. Verizon says that both new and existing customers can trade in their old Samsung phones for a Galaxy S24+, watch and tablet.
