Strings of slime drip from the bottom of a bed frame onto the floor accompanied by the grumbling, bubbling noises of an unseen creature. Wearing a hazmat suit, yellow gloves and a gas mask, a man peers under the bed joined by his wife who lays behind him looking frightened. Accompanied with closed captions, the two discuss the characteristics of their unwelcomed house guest in Japanese as ominous music builds in the background. With each statement the subtitles grow smaller until the two realize they're in danger of the advancing monster and flee the room. Visionworks reveals that this was all a test and encourages everyone who had difficulty reading the captions to schedule an eye exam.
