About DIRECTV TV Commercial, 'Therapy Sessions: HBO'

During his therapy session, a patient describes how his relationship has gotten boring. The therapist tells him that she too relates to him with how her limited choice of on-demand channels got boring. After switching to DIRECTV, the therapist had access to over 50,000 titles. When the patient tries to steer the conversation back to her problems, she notes he's a classic narcissist on her clipboard.
