As the 19th century comes to a close, French poet and dramatist Edmond Rostand (Thomas Solivérès) must reckon with the consequences of his two-year writer's block. Desperate to provide for his two children, he promises to compose a new verse comedy for the great Constant Coquelin (Olivier Gourmet) in time for the holidays. Though the ambitious opus has only the title "Cyrano de Bergerac," it is destined to becomes one of the most celebrated works in the French literary canon. Based on the true story, "Cyrano, My Love," in theaters October 18, 2019, is rated R.
