IHOP closes up on the fall decorations in front of a house, which include pumpkins, hay and the restaurant's Fall Combos. For their breakfast combos, customers get eggs, bacon and their choice of Fall Pancakes, like Cinn-a-Stack Fall Pancakes, Pumpkin Spice Pancakes and Pumpkin Cinna-a-stack Pancakes, made with real pumpkin. When an actual pumpkin with a face turns around to admire the meal, it catches sight of a delivery guy and the two scream in horror.
