Can a burger cause nightmares? To find out if Burger King's Nightmare King can increase the consumer's chances of getting a nightmare, the burger chain approached somnologist Dr. Gabriel Medina to conduct tests and trials to determine whether this was possible or not. The results of the clinical study conducted by Dr. Medina show that people who eat the Nightmare King are three and a half times more likely to have a nightmare when they sleep later that night.
