TaylorMade says in order to improve the performance of its drivers, it had to have a drastic shape overhaul. The club was redesigned to be more aerodynamic, which is said to reduce friction, making for a faster down swing and improve on distance. PGA golfers like Dustin Johnson, Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy say they love the clubs performance but the company says it built it for everyone else, too.
