The Californians for Population Stabilization invite you to a new episode of "Who Said That?" with cartoon contestants Vice President Joe Biden, Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Bernie Sanders. The question is, "Who said 'Let's reduce immigration by one-half?'" Biden guesses Donald Trump. Warren guesses it might be Satan, and Sanders speculates that it's Medicare for All. All are mistaken, as the Californians for Population Stabilization say it is a paraphase of voters polled by Harvard-Harris -- where the poll found that 81 percent of voters want to cut legal immigration and 63 percent wanted to reduce it by at least half.
