A DriveTime spokesperson introduces a driver to a commercial about buying cars, which includes a car and a phone. She says the phone can be used to open DriveTime, where the driver can buy a car with her tax refund. When the driver wonders where the sexy shots of cars driving on streets with no traffic are, the spokesperson says DriveTime doesn't need them. After all, 99 percent of people who apply are approved. Plus drivers are promised lower down payments than average. Holy moly!
