This woman's impressive box jump was not earned lightly. When she first joined the crossfit gym, she was still learning the ropes on proper form and technique. Kettlebell swings, olympic lifts and ring dips were all soon part of her workout routine until she was able to jump the box. But her trainer pushed her harder and farther adding more bumper plates for more inches that she still cleared.
