Diet Dr Pepper TV Spot, 'Lil' Sweet: Playhouse' Featuring Justin Guarini

A father applies the last touches to his daughter's backyard playhouse and announces that he is finished. The door flings open and a spotlight shines on Lil' Sweet, played by American Idol alumnus Justin Guarini, who sings his arrival as the daughter runs off scared. Lil' Sweet raises a can of Diet Dr Pepper and tells the dad he deserves it for building a house with a tiny tool. After taking a sip, the father invites Lil' Sweet into the house to watch the game before being cut off by a car horn. The two look over to see a cat with sunglasses driving a pink convertible truck. Lil' Sweet tells the father that his ride is here and hops in the passenger seat before being driven down the driveway by the cat.
