Realtor Phil Dunphy (Ty Burrell) of "Modern Family," reveals one of his Phil's-osophies: "People want a house that speaks to them." However, his choice of words causes him to clarify exactly what he means -- people don't want a house that actually speaks, and if it did speak, the realtor would have to awkwardly disclose that to the buyer. Slightly amused at the idea, Dunphy jokes that in that case, the realtor could always just have the house tell them.
