Every day, he lives by the words grit and gold. Every day, aspiring Olympic pole vaulter Josh Dangel wakes up and begins his regimen of running, lifting and pushing himself to the limit; he falls and gets back up again. And, in between the training, he goes to work at Dick's Sporting Goods where he helps the next generation of athletes realize their potential. Dick's proudly employs many athletes who are contending for Team USA in the 2016 Summer Olympics.
