Once Lamby is washed, Kristen frantically races it back to the baby as Dax warns her not to let Delta see the fear in her eyes. Parenting is tough when you've got infant children who can't
really do much beyond cry, eat, look cute and make usage of diapers. This cycle
tends to repeat itself until children acquire motor skills where they learn to
eat, walk and talk on their own, which presents another set of problems in
itself. Luckily for us, technology has advanced in such a way that practicality
has become more relevant, and that common appliances have more functionality
making our lives a bit easier. Enter the Samsung washer with Activewash
technology. The washer in this ad functions as a washing machine with a sink
portion, small enough to handle single duty tasks instead of the need for an
entire laundry load, perfect for the parent that finds items that were just
washed, that require washing.
Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell star in this upbeat, 30-second
ad from Samsung. When Dax declares a "Code Red" while running to the laundry
room, his wife, Kristen Bell follows in tow, unsure of what has happened.
Sounding like a surgeon tending to a patient, Dax tells his wife that their
child's favorite toy, Lamby, has taken a juice box to the face. As Dax begins
scrubbing Lamby with soap and water to remove the juice stains, an
overly-optimistic Kristen Bell asks about back-up Lamby only to be told that
the Lamby being washed is back-up Lamby. To make matters worse, tensions are
raised when their child begins crying in the background as both parents turn,
horror on their faces. Dax hands off back-up Lamby to Kristen as she runs off
and tells her to get her head right and more importantly, to not let their
child see the fear in her eyes. Oh, the joys of parenthood.
