Based on Victor Hugo's novel and starring Hugh Jackman, Russell Crowe, Anne Hatheway and Eddie Redmayne, "Les Miserables" follows the story of ex-prisoner Jean Valjean (Hugh Jackman). While policeman Javert (Russel Crowe) continues his decade long hunt for the parole breaker, Valjean agrees to care for a factory worker's daughter. It turns out to be a decision that changes all of their lives forever. Academy-award winning Tom Hooper directs this adaptation of the beloved musical set in 19th century France, a time just on the cusp of the French Revolution.
