Samantha, an Alzheimer's researcher, and Brian, a man diagnosed with Alzheimer's, speak in tandem about their hopes for the future of Alzheimer's research. Some of Brian's family members lived until very old age and he'd always hoped to follow their lead. Now he is not certain he will make it to retirement age, but he is hopeful that advancements may help those who come after him.
