Key Responsibilities
Systems & Infrastructure: Own and optimize our HR tech stack (ADP, Performance Management tools). Ensure our data is the "source of truth" for the entire organization.
Compliance & Risk: Serve as the subject matter expert on federal and state labor laws. Ensure our policies, handbooks, and filings are audit-ready.
Employee Lifecycle: Oversee the "white glove" onboarding and offboarding experiences. Ensure that as we scale, every employee feels supported and informed.
People Analytics: Maintain dashboards that track retention, turnover, diversity metrics, and headcount planning to provide actionable insights to the executive team.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a People Ops team
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a high-growth environment (300–1,000 employees).
- Systems Expert: Deep experience with HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, BambooHR) and a track record of implementing or migrating systems.
- Analytical Mindset: You love a good spreadsheet. You can translate complex data into a simple story for the leadership team.
- Legal Acumen: Strong knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and multi-state employment law.
- Culture Champion: You understand that "Operations" isn't just about paperwork; it's about building a foundation where people can do their best work.

Hybrid & Flexible Workplace Policy
iSpot supports a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on location and work responsibilities, employees may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or a fully remote employee. A hybrid work schedule indicates that you work in the office some days and work from home other days. The best hybrid workplaces allow for flexibility while also encouraging consistency.
Those local or living in surrounding areas to one of our offices (Bellevue, WA or New York, NY) will work a hybrid schedule, coming into their local office 1-3 days a week. While those in a role, not office-based and located further away from our offices, will work a fully remote schedule. If you have questions regarding exact details of our hybrid & flexible workplace policy, please let your recruiter know and they will discuss with you further.
