Heart disease survivor Mika Leah reveals that her doctors told her she was lucky to be alive -- that if she hadn't caught the diagnosis, she might have walked out of one of her cycling classes and imply "dropped dead," and her two children no longer would have had a mother. Her advice to all women is to put themselves first, because is they can't take care of themselves they won't be here to take care of their family, friends and loved ones. The American Heart Association encourages everyone to wear red on February 7, National Wear Red Day to fight heart disease, the number one killer of women.
