Answering what seems to be a caller upset about their college basketball bracket being busted, Kenny gets up from his desk and tells the individual to just toss it in the trash. He urges the listener to grab a Corona and enjoy the rest of the games. But, then shortly, realizing the individual on the phone is crying, Kenny is surprised and emphasizes to the caller that there is no crying on the Corona Hotline.
