Bob Hesskamp of WarnerMedia explains how Cisco helps bridge communications for CNN to successfully get a story out to the public, no matter where it breaks. During the pandemic, CNN and Cisco have had to bridge those communications from reporter's homes and Hesskamp says that they both worked as quickly as possible to scale the operation of feeding hundreds of shots with quality video and audio a week and thousands a month into those homes.
