After its first airing, the commercial immediately secured second place, behind Adidas, on iSpot.tv\u2019s most Engaging Ads of the Week. Only three days after it aired, Adobe\u2019s new ad replaced Adidas for the title of iSpot.tv\u2019s most Engaging Ad of the Week, breaking Adidas\u2019 six-day streak.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18165929\/adobe-adidas.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-591 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18165929\/adobe-adidas.jpg\" alt=\"Most Viewed, Searched, and Shared TV Ads Right Now\" width=\"858\" height=\"352\" \/><\/a>Adidas\u2019 \u201cTake it\u201d TV spot also made the list after its first airing on Feb. 14. After five days, \u201cTake It\u201d went from fifth place to first place, where it remained for the best part of a week. Since it first aired, \u201cTake It\u201d gained more than 26 million online views and earned a 9.9 Ad Effectiveness rating,while the average industry rating is 6.8. Adobe\u2019s \u201cDream On,\u201d which has only been airing a few days, has 1.38 million online views with a 9.5 Ad<br \/>\nEffectiveness Rating in an industry where the average rating is 5.4.<\/p>\n<p>Despite having fewer online views than Adidas so far,<br \/>\nAdobe\u2019s spot surpassed Adidas\u2019s Digital Share of Voice (SOV) numbers. Digital<br \/>\nSOV compares a list of top spots driving the most engagement compared to the<br \/>\nonline activity of its other active ads. The Digital SOV for Adobe\u2019s \u201dDream On\u201d<br \/>\nis 97.73 percent compared to Adidas\u2019 \u201cTake It\u201d with a Digital SOV of 70.98. The<br \/>\nSpend SOV\u2019s are more competitive.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18165921\/adidas-adobe-final-feb2015.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-586 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18165921\/adidas-adobe-final-feb2015.jpg\" alt=\"Adidas vs Adobe\" width=\"700\" height=\"462\" \/><\/a>Adobe was quick to make it to iSpot.tv\u2019s list of engaging ads<br \/>\nof the week with a striking and engaging commercial that focused on the power<br \/>\nof Photoshop. Furthermore, it replaced Adidas at the number one position almost<br \/>\nas quickly. The fact that \u201cDream On\u201d debuted during the Oscars, which had<br \/>\nmillions of viewers, helped boost its visibility, and evidence that investing<br \/>\nbig money during major events pays off, and often quickly. For both brands,<br \/>\nit\u2019s about quality over quantity. \u201cDream On\u201d is Adobe\u2019s only spot for 2015.<br \/>\n\u201cTake It\u201d was Adidas\u2019 second spot of the year and was powered by big stars, and<br \/>\na new focus on American sports.
