And, social media is loving every bit of it \u2013 curves and all. After only a few days, the campaign of big proportions is strongly influencing massive online buzz and has received more than a million online views across iSpot.tv, YouTube and Facebook.<!--more--><\/p>\n<div style=\"position: relative; width: 100%; padding-top: 56.25%; padding-bottom: 40px;\"><iframe style=\"position: absolute; top: 0; right: 0; left: 0; bottom: 0; width: 100%; height: 100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ispot.tv\/share\/7i3f\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n<p>In support, women have taken to social media and uploaded photos of themselves with #ImNoAngel, a trending hashtag used in the campaign. In the black-and-white commercial, plus-size models wearing Cacique all proudly proclaim, \u201cI\u2019m no angel.\u201d Media have deemed the commercial as controversial for taking a jab at the angels (models) of Victoria\u2019s Secret, almost as if to say the brand\u2019s definition of sexy is short-sighted.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18170544\/lanebryant2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-751 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/hub-cdn.ispot.tv\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/18170544\/lanebryant2.jpg\" alt=\"Lane Bryant &quot;I'm no angel&quot; Data\" width=\"1267\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a>The spot, titled \u201cI\u2019m No Angel,\u201d earned an impressive 9.9 Ad<br \/>\nEffectiveness Rating in an industry where the average rating is 4.1. The<br \/>\nmajority of airings have been on TV One, Lifetime and the Oprah Winfrey Network.<\/p>\n<p>Lane Bryant hasn\u2019t released a national ad since late 2012.<br \/>\nThe brand\u2019s newest ad is making up for lost time and speaking up loudly.
