For the :30 &#8220;Max Out,&#8221; the visuals were much more forward:<br \/><br \/>\n<ul>\n<li>Emotional response varied by ad, with the Narrative called out in viewer sentiment on &#8220;Meet the Credit Wreckers&#8221; while the humor in the :30 &#8220;Max Out&#8221; connected. The busy nature of the ad was a bit distracting.\u201d<br \/><em>Female 36-49<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cIt is telling the viewer about how to use your credit cards in a way that won&#8217;t bring your credit score down, which is educational.\u201d<br \/><em>Female 50+<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI&#8217;m not exactly sure what the point was. Was there a product being offered somewhere or was it just a public service announcement?\u201d<br \/><em>Male 50+<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI think reminding people that using 30% or more of their available credit isn&#8217;t great for their credit score is a great reminder!\u201d<br \/><em>Female 36-49<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cI appreciate Capital One. I have been a customer for a number of years now and I have always been satisfied with the service this company offers. Another 16% named an advertiser other than Credit One.
