Cable networks are delivering the highest levels of impressions, with HGTV and Food Network \u2014 a natural fit for a snack brand \u2014 in the lead with nearly 13 million impressions each. The ad is currently the number two \u201c<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ispot.tv\/events\/top-2023-super-bowl-teaser-commercials\" target=\"_blank\">top teaser<\/a>\u201d title in iSpot\u2019s Super Bowl Ad Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>iSpot\u2019s survey-based <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ispot.tv\/products\/creative-testing\" target=\"_blank\">Ace Creative Assessment<\/a> examined consumer responses to the commercial and found that it engaged and held viewer Attention* and exceeded candy and snack industry norms for Likeability*, Information*, Change*, Desire* and Relevance*. iSpot\u2019s analysis of viewer responses revealed that the top emotions sparked by the Planters teaser were Funny*, Nostalgic* and Surreal*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Emotional Impact Chart for \u201cJeff Ross Gets Ready to Roast Mr. Peanut\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh6.googleusercontent.com\/ALBQj_UMRbv3jZfrpXk_-5Li1QPpaJljW0_G5thncnUJBfDaF8TlBmQj1gANvfCCSxvP5Hdvol148NIYUkFuRUNMYkrJnfwlCzkSAsktulhpI2yds8rpPxE4NQe0rezeTKzPYxQMHCOjacOfLIIO7NY\" style=\"width: 700px;\"\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:30px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The unlikely duo is resonating with viewers: 28% of survey respondents said the characters were the single best thing about the ad. This sentiment is evident in the viewer verbatim comments gathered about the spot:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><em>\u201cI love this ad! What a clever idea! I usually associate Mr. Peanut and peanuts in general with my late grandparents, so to me it&#8217;s been a bit of a dying brand. This is such a cute way to update it and make it fun again for younger generations. I buy planters here and there and the ad made me think about the product for my next grocery shopping trip. I liked the dialogue and exchange between them.
