In an evolving marketplace, our team stays at the\ncusp of innovation by delivering valued service &amp; insights and with the\ngoal of securing iSpot.tv as an industry currency!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How did your background lead you here?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>My background is unique with experience in many\nmedia outlets and strategic partnerships as the common denominator.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I began my career in print &amp; digital sales at\nthe NYPost where&nbsp;I managed TV network, movie studio, and retail partners.&nbsp;From\nthere, I shifted gears to one of the world\u2019s leading music apps,&nbsp;Shazam,\nwhere I oversaw&nbsp;Shazam\u2019s Media Partnerships, which ran the&nbsp;gamut \u2014&nbsp;TV,\ncinema, retail, radio, print, out of home, and in-venue.&nbsp;At Shazam, I met\nmy friend &amp;&nbsp;colleague, Emily Wood, who happened to be a seasoned TV\nvet. We habitually leveraged iSpot\u2019s robust ad catalog to respond to RFPs and\nfell in love with the real-time nature of the platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fast forward to present day, we have been\nemployed at iSpot for years and I\u2019ve developed a deep appreciation for the\npower of TV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What are the\ntypical challenges you face with new clients?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The amount\nof&nbsp;competitive solutions in the&nbsp;marketplace and the need to break down\nbarriers can be challenging. &nbsp;However, with education, direction, &amp;\ndata validation, I continue to earn our partners\u2019 trust through what makes us\nspecial \u2014&nbsp;accurate &amp; timely insights with white glove service. The\nMedia&nbsp;Partnerships team is continuously landing &amp; expanding our relationships\nat each network group thanks to our air-tight methodologies and turnkey, always\non reporting abilities. The proof is in the pudding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the most\nexciting part about interacting with new clients?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Their energy. We\nare all in agreement that TV measurement is going through quite the transition.\nIt\u2019s uplifting to have daily conversations where I can surprise &amp; delight\nboth our new and existing users with our ever-evolving&nbsp;capabilities. It\u2019s\ntruly rewarding to partner up with such amazing professionals and brainstorm fresh\nways to validate TV\u2019s delivery, performance, and value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How has\nthe TV network landscape changed throughout the course of your career?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>I personally went\nthrough a TV crash course when I began at iSpot. Within the past 4 years, the\nevolution has been significant. With both media &amp; brand partners alike,\nthere was initial&nbsp;hesitance to&nbsp;change their traditional TV\nmeasurement approach. In time, clients took a leap of&nbsp;faith into these new\n&amp; cutting-edge datasets. Now, it\u2019s what they crave. Everyone wishes to\nvalidate and iterate on their TV strategies and we continue to push the\nmeasurement limits together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>How\nhave you seen iSpot adapt to those changes?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Many of my clients\nhave heard me say this \u2014 iSpot is a completely different company from when I\nfirst started. I\u2019m constantly enthralled &amp; proud of the way our teams\nembrace both&nbsp;internal &amp; external feedback to fine tune &amp;&nbsp;develop\nour&nbsp;capabilities. We evolve with market demands while also staying ahead\nof the&nbsp;forecasted change.&nbsp;We work with some of the largest media and\nbrand clients as well as have a very bright future ahead.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What is the most\nrewarding part about working at iSpot?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Seeing ideas\nthrough to execution. I love being at a company where voices are heard, and\nidea sharing is encouraged. It\u2019s exciting to be part of those initial \u201cwouldn\u2019t\nit be cool if\u2026\u201d conversations and then evolving that idea into reality\nalongside my colleagues.
