(the \u201cCompany\u201d) we respect your privacy rights as a consumer (\u201cConsumer\u201d) under the data privacy and security laws including, but not limited to, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as revised by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020, and the associated regulations effective March 29, 2023, (the \u201cCCPA\/CPRA\u201d). We are committed to protecting your rights to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Delete personal information collected from or about you (\u201cRight to Delete\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Correct inaccurate Personal Information collected and maintained about you (\u201cRight to Correct\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Know what personal information is being collected about them, to access that personal information, and to know what personal information about you is being sold or shared and to whom (together called the \u201cRight to Know\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on your jurisdiction, Opt-out of the Sale or Sharing or Targeted Advertising of your personal information (\u201cRight to Opt-out of Sale\/Sharing\/Targeting\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Limit use and disclosure of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to perform the services or provide the goods reasonably expected by an average Consumer who requests such goods or services (\u201cRight to Limit\u201d).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not be discriminated against for exercising your rights (\u201cRight to No Discrimination\u201d).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>This document provides you with a description of our business practices, both online and offline, regarding the collection use, disclosure, and sale of personal information and of the rights of Consumers regarding their own personal information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The terms used in this policy have the meanings used in the CCPA\/CPRA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. automated decision-making technology (\u201cADMT\u201d), including artificial intelligence or other algorithmic tools, in limited circumstances to support our services. Where we use ADMT to make or substantially assist in decisions that may have significant effects on you (for example, in employment applications or fraud detection), you have the right to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>receive meaningful information about the logic involved and the potential outcomes,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>opt out of the use of ADMT for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>appeal such decisions.<br \/>To exercise these rights, please contact us at privacy@ispot.tv.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Risk Management<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>iSpot conducts cyber security risk assessments and external audits annually to ensure compliance with industry regulations and security best practices.<br \/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For activities that may present a significant risk to your privacy or security\u2014such as processing sensitive personal information, sharing or selling personal information, or the use of ADMT\u2014we conduct documented risk assessments. These assessments weigh the benefits of our processing against potential risks to Consumers and are updated whenever our practices materially change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. HOW TO EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS TO DELETE, CORRECT, AND KNOW<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Submitting Requests<\/strong>Your Right to Delete, Right to Correct, and Right to Know can be exercised by submitting a request to us by:\n<ul>\n<li>sending an email to privacy+ispot@ispot.tv.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>calling the following number 1-855-316-2377<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our Company uses a two-step process to complete any online Right to Delete request (but not for any other type of verifiable request). If you submit an online Right to Delete request, we will contact you to confirm that you would like your personal information deleted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Requests to KnowYou have the right to request, up to two times per year, that we disclose the following information to you about our collection and use of your personal information:\n<ul>\n<li>the specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you. You may also request a copy of specific pieces of personal information that we have collected about you. Please note that \u201cspecific pieces of information\u201d do not include data generated to help ensure security and integrity or as prescribed by regulation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifying Requests to Delete, Correct, or KnowWe may not grant your request if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you. We will attempt to verify your request with the information you provide and the information that we already have about you. For this reason, your request must both:\n<ul>\n<li>provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the consumer about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you have a password-protected account with our Company, we may require you to verify your identity through our existing authentication practices for the account. As an additional security measure, we shall also require you to re-authenticate yourself before deleting, correcting, or disclosing your personal information.We will only use personal information provided in a verifiable request to verify the requestor\u2019s identity or authority to make the request. Only you, or your properly authorized agent, may make a request related to your personal information. You have the right at any time to direct us not to sell or share your personal information to third parties (this right is referred to as the \u201cRight to Opt\u2010out.\u201d). \u201cSharing\u201d includes disclosing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, where data from one service is used to target you across different websites or apps. You may opt out of both sale and sharing, including for cross-context behavioral advertising, through the methods described above. We are required by the CCPA\/CPRA to use a two-step opt-in process, so that if you submit a request to opt-in, we will contact you separately to request additional confirmation of your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If we act as a \u201cdata broker\u201d as defined under California law, we are registered with the California Data Broker Registry and comply with all applicable disclosure and deletion obligations.
