A giant, animated man named Big Jim comes to the aid of people who are in trouble. One couple's home has been flooded by a broken pipe and another's home has caught fire, so Big Jim knocks out two birds with one stone by using the flood water to put out the fire. His jaunty theme song continues to play as he steps over another house to check out a tree branch that's fallen on a car and the scene shifts to reveal that "Big Jim" is actually a fictional projection of how Jamie, a Progressive agent, sees himself. Jamie is pulled out of his fantasy by the customer whose car was damaged and he meekly calls for backup on the situation.
