Being the parent of an Olympic athlete requires time, dedication and sacrifice. Nobody understands this more than the father of U.S. snowboard prodigy Chloe Kim. After being late to pick up his daughter for practice, Chloeβs father notices how her performance was subpar during a half-pipe practice run. He recalls how it was necessary to do what was best for his daughter, which meant resigning from his job. This allowed the father and daughter to spend more time together, improving Chloe's performance on the half-pipe over time. But, more importantly, the time brought the two closer together. Viewers are encouraged to tune in for the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics to see if Chloe Kim can capture gold in her parents' native country.
