A star high school basketball player takes the mic and starts what should be a celebratory speech describing all the great things he'll go on to achieve... except he won't. Instead, he moves his friends and family to tears as he describes how a blown-out knee will lead to his opioid addiction, and an eventual overdose on heroin in a few short years. Truth says that opioid dependence can happen after just five days and urges viewers to "know the truth."
