About NHTSA TV Commercial, 'Feel Different'

A night of partying leaves everyone feelings more relaxed than usual, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea to drive after smoking any sort of party drugs. This young man learns his lesson the hard way when he nearly hits a pedestrian after he decides to drive while he's high.
